By accessing and using the Urbanewears website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

    1. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Urbanewears reserves the right to amend the website’s Terms and Conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability without providing notice to you 
    2. When you are placing an order with Urbanewears you agree to provide us with current, complete, and correct information so that your order can be processed. By placing an order you the purchaser agree to abide by the terms and conditions as listed.

    4. All products on the website are priced in Pakistan Rupee.
    5. Prices of goods displayed on the website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice.
    6. When placing an order some items may not be available immediately. Urbanewears will contact the customer within 48 hours to confirm the delivery time and stock availability. Waiting time for goods can vary from 1-2 days to up to 8 weeks in some cases.
    7. Urbanewears will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with pictures, descriptions, and pricing of products. However, in the interests of product development, some products may vary slightly from what is shown.
    8. Urbanewears does not warrant that a product is available or suitable for your needs. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to decide the suitability of a product for their purposes. By accessing this website, you agree that Urbanewears retains no liability for availability or suitability for your purposes.
    9. Goods will not be shipped until full payment including shipping charges has been received and the payment has been cleared by our bank. If paying by credit card only one card will be accepted. Multiple cards used to pay for one order will not be accepted. Urbanewears must be satisfied with the validity of the order before shipping will occur.
    10. To confirm an order for specially ordered items that are not currently in stock, Urbanewears requires a deposit of 60% of the total order amount at the time of placing the order. For items that require printing or embroidery, a full payment of 100% is required before production begins.

The remaining balance of the order, including any additional charges such as shipping fees or taxes, will be due upon completion and prior to delivery.

Orders that are being specially made can only be canceled if the items have not yet commenced manufacturing. If the order is already under manufacturing, it cannot be canceled, and payment for the order is required in full. If the customer refuses to pay for the goods, any deposits paid will be forfeited as there is no return on custom-made goods.

For stock items, cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled shipping date. Any cancellation requests made on the day of shipping or after the carrier has collected the order cannot be accepted. In such cases, the purchaser is responsible for accepting the shipment, and payment in full will be required.

To initiate a return for credit, the purchaser must first contact Urbanewears to arrange the return shipment to the designated address, which will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Urbanewears will arrange delivery of goods to the kerbside or street level of the address provided by the customer unless otherwise specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Urbanewears of any stairs or upper levels involved in the delivery, as the carrier may not be equipped to handle such situations and may refuse delivery. The customer is responsible for providing all necessary details regarding delivery and access. Failure to provide such information may result in additional delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery dates provided for goods are only estimates and are subject to change. While we will make every effort to ship the goods on the specified dates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your goods.

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact Urbanewears promptly via phone or email. Please provide your name, address, phone details, invoice number, and a description of the issue with the item. It is important that you keep the consignment notes from the carrier, as we may need to consult with them or the supplier regarding the damage. In some cases, we may also request that you provide photos of the damage so that we can make a proper assessment.

Urbanewears reserves the right to cancel any previously accepted order for any reason before delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
(a) Urbanewears’ suppliers are unable to fulfill their promise of supplying the ordered goods.
(b) An unforeseen event outside of Urbanewears’ control, such as a natural disaster, power outage, or computer system failure, prevents the delivery of the ordered goods within a reasonable timeframe.
(c) An error was found on the website regarding the description, price, or image of the goods ordered, which was not noticed before accepting the order.
